Well if it plays well then you could make a new neck.....or....leave it and just make another one.

No need to redo it - just consider it a learning opportunity and enjoy your unique creation!

Rock on chief, enjoy that one as is, build another one later if you need more notes! We've all made bigger mistakes than that one I'm sure.

 Honestly, none of my builds go beyond 14 frets anyway, as 12 makes the scale. Also, the few times I used a commercial fretboard there were only 15 frets on it-I guess it all depends on what you want.

 Personally, if it sounds good i'd leave it as is and build another...

I do not have the skills to use more than 9 frets and an occasional slide to the 12th.   Have fun with it as it us.   It looks great.

Rule of thumb is the distance from the nut to 12th fret is the same as 12th fret to where the string touches the bridge - i.e the 12th fret is always 1/2 the scale length (give or take a touch for intonation), It looks like if you wind your 3 bridge pieces right back, it wont be far off.
