Which kind of fret wire?

I looked around this forum, but honestly, not real hard.  But I'm wanting to build my first CBG and when I went to CBGitty and looked at fret wire, I'm not sure which kind I need to buy. I'm just wanting to build a simple 3 string CBG. Any guide here?

Hi Tim, it only matters regarding the feel of the finger board, I think. If players do heavy string bends them they might prefer lager fretwire, but for chording and/or slide playing I go for a small wire, much like used on banjos, or the narrowest of the acoustic guitar wire. Whatever you choose it will still be playable and you can change it for the next build.
