Bear it sounds like things are really tough for you at the moment; I cannot imagine how you are feeling, but keep going with the counselling and talking to people. I hope things get better for you soon.

Struggling, if I'm honest, David. Just plodding along and trying to get through without moaning too much. I'm going through counselling and looking forward with some positivity and hope that things will get better, mentally at least. To be honest though, and probably too honest for an open online forum, I'm mostly just struggling with self image with the disability. I'm fed up of being tied to one place and not being able to live life without having to consider the wheelchair aspects like pain levels and accessibility first and foremost. I just don't want to be disabled any more  (as daft as that sounds) but I might as well say I don't want to be on planet earth for all the possibility of it changing. My disability is degenerative and I'm struggling to accept that fact. Just can't be bothered with it all any more I guess. No choice though, right? You did ask though lol.

How're you doing? Hope you're well. How have you been coping with the heat? I'm glad to see the back of it and hoping this cooler weather is the end of the madness. Have you been up to much? Building or planning builds?

Nice 4 string guitar - I am impressed anyone has managed to build anything with the high temperatures
