Heartfelt and powerful! It takes a special understanding person to do it, thanks for opening eyes Danny! I understand about hearing things you take home and have to live with! I listened for six months over in Vietnam  12 hours a day, to listening sensors in towns and roads and trails for enemy movement. I’d report any and all suspicions. Many times moments later hearing bombs and  artillery , then sometimes silence, sometimes suffering, a lot of crying, etc.....terrible stuff. Hats off to you, Danny!

Dennis thanks for the nice comment. AD we do have resources to help, I am on a critical stress management team that our center has. I wrote this song because no one knows what a 911 dispatcher has to endure. I wanted to get the word out there and bring some respect to the job from the general public. I have been on both sides of the radio having been in the EMS field and a law enforcement officer too. I appreciate your concern AD but yea maybe I was venting some stress when I wrote this but as I had said my music is my release. Thanks again everyone on here is great

Painfull realety Danny, specialy the part about "and the next day, i go back and put those headphones on again !" dont they do counseling or evaluation ? or some releave therapy for a Job like that, or are you left to your own advice? cose some of that stuff aint all "CBG Blues "material!, or is there a 911 for the 911? strenght to you and Hang in there ! Sorry this isn't on a CBG but I haven't got it that far. I just wrote the words Wed night and just put the music to it today so it is still a little rough. When I get it to the CBG mode I will repost it
