Nice but I saw too many adults doing the projects for the kids... I like to help them with suggestions and of course operate the dangerous machinery too. I got my 12 year old nephew to repair his Pops busted up ole picnik table and had to keep telling his Pop (My Bro) to shut up and let him figure it out and stop being so negative just tell him he's doing a good job and watch how much more productive he'll be.
A pat on the back is better motivation than a kick in the butt!
