I like this with the bass note on the thumb instead of a banjo drone string. I'm still working on my finger picking and adding little melodic embellishments. New thing for me to practice.<br /> <br /> Often instead of a proper strum, I will hit the strings with the backs of my fingernails causing them to click on the upper frets. Makes a nice snare beat.<br /> <br /> It gets both the guitar and banjo players lookin' at you funny. :)
