This is an improvisation that I kept coming back to. I was kinda in to Danza music from Puerto Rico at the time and I think I was trying to channel it for this piece. The Jug is a clay pot I got from good will that has found a new calling with me as a percussion instrument. Far from perfect but it is the result of a love affair with a simple instrument over the course of a lazy summer.
