That loudspeaker doesn't have membrane but a plastic mounting plate which vibrates.<br /> <br /> The soundfile was equalized with the Audacity program; high frequencies above 6kHz were cut off, the rest was equalized with an inverted RIAA filter. The next step is to install a feed screw (the cutter head was moved by hand for this recording).<br /> <br /> The track I used for experimenting is "Try Me", taken from Meena Cryle.
