I really wasn't getting fingering, which I don't really understand, but for some reason something clicked and so here is my first attempt at doing something with fingering and some slide.

Funnily enough learning this coincided with that arrival of a really super gift. Keni Lee's CD 6 which uses the same tuning intervals on three strings as the upper three on the four sting that I am using. I am only just starting to go through the lessons, but it makes a lot of sense.

The guitar is tuned GDGB. The guitar has both humbucker and two piezos in the bridge. He amp is a Kustom Arrow 16DFX, set to the clean channel with the three EQ knobs level and some reverb/chorus.

By the way, if you want to hear/see how it should be done go to
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ubVGiyAhkY
and find the extraordinary Tommy Emmanuel playing what I think is the best version I have heard.
