This second song follows our initial "Hopeless" music-video song collaboration project with Richard Sundberg, that was posted to CBN a few days ago. This is the 2nd part of a 3 part trilogy of songs that are being authored, composed and performed on this topic.

Richard Sundberg composed the Bass, Slide Guitar, and flute tracks that accent this song, while I authored and sang the lyrics as well as composed and performed the piano and 3 string license plate resonator guitar portions of this song. Richard and I both hope that your ears and eyes will enjoy the fruits of our collaboration on this project - and hope that this result inspires other forum members to collaborate with each other on similar projects like this. . .

This is my 2nd Blues Song Creation. I tried to create an upbeat blues song using the standard 12 bar blues cord progression in the key of G. This song has 3 guitar tracks + 1 keyboard track + vocal track in it to make it a full and complete sounding song. The black Suzuki Volusia 800 is mine (I own 2 motorcycles) and this is my first attempt at integrating a movie clip into my music videos.

Background: This newest Blues song is an improvisational offshoot created from the first two verses of my first original Blues Song, that I had composed/written/recorded a couple of weeks ago, so I guess it's my Blues song # 1 1/2.

The simple and easy to play chord progression used throughout the entire song is:

This song was authored and performed by me in a similar style to that which Beth Hart uses when singing her famous blues song: I'd rather go Blind.

This song was authored and played using only a 3 string dog-bowl resonator guitar + simple vocal singing in the key of C (which is apparently my best key to sing stuff like this in) no other instruments were used. I added living room sized reverb to it in Audacity to make it sound more natural - and less like I was singing and playing it from inside the microphone...

This song was authored/created by me as a follow-on project after completing my Neil Young cover music-video titled: "Unknown Legends", which was posted here on the Nation a week or so ago.
It was created using a simple homemade 3 string dog bowl guitar + an old $20.00 resale shop Casio keyboard (for drum rhythm backing) and mixed in a 10+ year old freeware Audacity audio editing program on a windows 10 PC.
