Lovely to see you posting again Be. Pleasure, as always.

Just had a similar evening myself over the holiday (here) weekend. Almost forgot how enjoyable it was to get together with a few musical friends, put out some chairs, haul out the entire instrument collection, set the amps on low, and just let the afternoon/evening go where it would. And also almost forgot how (IMHO) any song benefits greatly from the inclusion of female vocals. You just can't get that purity of tone or smooth blend with men's voices, even if the Beatles came pretty close. ;-))

P.S. Also thx for letting me know about Ms. Alban. Bopped over to bandcamp and fell in love with her songs The Girl The Sun and I and The Work You Do.
