Keni - yeah, I have been going through a little bit of a Rag faze right now. I learned guitar rag first about a year ago and have since learned Vestapol and a bastardized version of Leo Kottke's busted bicycle. All three of those songs heavily influenced how this one turned out. I have played it for a bunch of people and so far you are the first to make the connection. But, then, I would expect that from you. If you know any other cool ragtime/parlor era tunes I could learn in open D, let me know. I have alot of fun learning them and playing them.
