There might be a forum for walkers where a volunteer could take it up - a bit of a long shot, I admit.

Yeah, growing older is real fun.  Parts of me ache and moan but then I'm lucky to have got this far with the mobility that I've got, as quite a few don't.

good thinking...my only problem now is actually getting up there. Dodgy knees mean I need walking poles, but now I have a dody wrist, so don't think I could use them. Bit of a conundrum?! Isn't old age great :-/

You could leave an ordinary CBG in the Foel Grach shelter on the top of the Carneddau - no need for waterproofing.  Somebody might take it, or you might be surprised and see some nice online clips from walkers.

I've just remembered that I had an idea to make a weatherproof  CBG (didn't work out how?!) and leave it on top of Tryfan, with a note asking people to play something on it, on Adam or Eve and film it, then post it online :-) Dave thought someone would just take it....

Yes, it was memories of extreme ironing that triggered my thoughts.  Busking at the Snowdon summit would be good, or at the little cafe half way up the railway.  Some people would love it, others would jump straight on the Outrage Express to bemoan yet another degradation of a national icon.......

That looks frustrating.  Maybe if you put together a minimalist kit you could start 'Extreme Busking' in challenging environments.  It could be the new YouTube opportunity ;-)
