Very nice! I picked up a book by a Brit that hand builds lap steels. How to Build a Lap Steel Guitar. That is my next build!! I found a lady online that developed a teaching curriculm for middle school kids in the Hawaiian public schools a few years ago. I've been in touch with her via email and told her I was all thumbs with 2 tin ears. She assures me "even I" could learn from her course.

this video just don't do the sound of the lap steel any justice it sounded real fine with that old PAF pickup and chickenbones playing skillz - glad i was there to hear it in person
