Keep on keeping on! It's just at my age it takes a while to get the fingers to do want the brain tells it to. But I'm getting better and the mental exercise will help me to remember my name and where I live. LOL

Joe just got done going through all three of your claw grip videos with you. thanks man for your time. very informative and great practice. thanks again.  this third lesson is sorta alot so go a little slower for yo hos like me that are sloooow learners .
