Bug, that's just the way how the bass pickup is attached to the steel rails. But it's tricky - if the fixing magnets are put the wrong way, they eat up the signal. Maybe some 3M magnetic tape would be better, I might try that. One day or so.

Moveable flatpups on connection bus rails... genius!!!!!

Would this idea connect ok via magnets and steel rails?????

thanks eK! The sympathetic strings are inside a U-shaped girder which turned out to be way to stiff to cause resonance in those sympathetics. As they don't do their job, I didn't connect the inner Flatpup neither. And yes, the two Flatpups are shiftable
