Thanks Poorness! I have built several 6 strings, hand carving the necks and they are a lot of work, but decided to keep this one back for myself. Has a little bit of V shape to the neck like my Ovation's neck and comfortable for fingerpicking and strumming. Roy was always such  a positive person even after such a hard life, very inspirational. I have great memories of watching him on tv and listening to his music with my folks. My folks were not as interested in doing that with me for Judas Priest or Iron Maiden though Ha!

I love everything Roy Obinson did. He was such a great singer/songwriter/performer. You did it total justice Derek. Fantastic rendition. That looks like a great git too.

John, check out Roy's album Mystery Girl. Not a bad track on it and I believe it was his last of new material. Loved the Willbury stuff! Thanks John!

Thanks for the very generous comments Rick! I agree that Roy was enjoying the influence the Willbury sessions and seemed those guys were all having a blast working together. They all truly appreciated Roy's abilities and style.
