Closer to a thumb reed caller we made as kids using a select blade of grass suspended between both thumbs and palms leaving a gap to blow across the blade making a similar sound.

Yeah Doug. It's honestly more like a harmonica than a kazoo but fun to build all the same.

It’s interesting that this one is played harmonica style. It is on the quiet side too. Another interesting video Kazoo King Kale! I’m looking forward to see what you come up with next.
