Yep flatpups rock alright. Elmar is the man. Sounds like you nailed the intonation on that paddle bass. That is the most important thing to me. Nice playing.

I used finish nails. They have the right height for bass frets. Dremel cut-off wheel to size them, then ground the edges with the same wheel. Kept the head on the nail for aesthetics. Small round file to cut the merest of channels for them, then epoxy.

Turned out really nice Craig! Sounds amazing!!! Did you use regular fret wire??? I am going to build one for a friend and was debating on what I was going to use for the frets.
