that's a shame..it makes no sense for them to be like that because as you say you now won't buy anything else from them!

Hi Belinda.

They were as unhelpful as it is possible to be. It was almost as if they took pride in how stubborn they could be. Luckily it was over a trivial amount and eBay sorted it out in the end, so I didn't lose out. With musical instrument accessories there is a good chance of repeat business for a good trader, but I won't buy anything from them in future. There are plenty of places that give good backup and we have so much choice these days, so it is their loss.
