"Thanks Doug", can't find any Tabs or Lessons for the 5 String Lyre, and not sure if its possible to come with a Song/Tune, with only the 5 notes, D E F# A B   ??  :-)

Pretty cool and interesting Alan! If you can figure out how to play a few songs with it, you would have no trouble drawing a crowd.

"Thanks t-belly", Yep!, well worth the the effort to build one, they're a fun little instrument to play around with, this one is the first of four recent lyre builds, which I'll post over the next few days, and because this particular one has the nicest and loudest Unplugged Acoustic Qualities, it's my favourite. :-)

"Thanks A.D.", the Shetland Gur/Lyre Build is only 7 years old, but the person playing it is pretty Ancient. ;-D
