Thank you for all your comments. I wanted to demonstrate a method of altering the tunings without having to change strings. There are certainly many other combinations. Another is AEg. This is an A7th tuning (no 3rd, c#) The notes are stacked 15flat7. I would just be careful tuning the D string up to E. This is an above standard tuning and will put extra tension on the guitar neck. It is best to tune down after you are done playing. Enjoy.

Hey Keni, your always good playin and songs.  Saint James is one of my faves.  Great photos.  I'd like to have been a fly in the corner at those old juke joints. 

Thanks for the close up shots of you playin those songs.  I think most of us CBG folks want to see how it's done, but 'music theory' scares us and turns our brains off!  Mine was on 'energy saver mode' anyway.  God bless.
