Wandering around Sainsbury's over the weekend I notice a rather nice tin full of Belgian biscuits. My experience of builds is slim but it did make me think I might like to make a simple resonator tin guitar from one as I found the shape pleasing and the excuse to eat the contents would be welcome....

hey great score on the Mahogany , should keep you busy foor the day lol! - a sewing machine is just about as good a winder as anything - a fair few people use them and good as they have a foot control to keep both hands free - one thing to remember about winding is to let the wire unwind itself from the spool of wire dont try and let the wire turn the spool it's not strong enough for that - i'll send you a picture that i did for one of the other guys on here he had been trying to wind for ages but could not work out why the wire kept snapping as soon as i showed him the picture and he tried it he was well away

yes i've done a few Bottle neck slides i use my dremel with a Diamond cut-off wheel (pretty cheap on ebay ) make a great job of it - i think Bigdaddy has posted a video on here - run a search on the Search Social Network - the tab is up in the top right hand corner of every nation page - just type in Bottle neck slide or slide and see what results you get back - i bet theres a few - or just run a search for bigdaddy and check out his videos - best to wear some good gloves when cutting bottles saves on the cut fingers !!
