"Thanks John, It didn't turn out too bad for first attempt. Might have to rearrange the machine heads. Not quite where they ought to be, hence the additional screws in the head-stock. I should have slowed down maybe and thought it through before…"

How many instruments have you built so far?

What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).
The fact that someone with minimal woodworking skills such as my self can create a playable instrument from scratch at 1st attempt. Sounds pretty good for an old piece of wardrobe & a cheap cigar box!
