"Thanks for all the input! I ended up making a simple jig, used angle grinder with a 40 grit flap disk that did the bulk of it then palm sander with 80 grit. Got 25 done in 40 min."

"Can you post a pic of one? That method knocks it out pretty darn fast, but I guess if you want faster, then you’ll need power tools?  Do you thin them down beforehand, or do they? "
