How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?: From the internet

How many instruments have you built so far?: None. I perform with cigar box guitars

What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).: I find everything about cigar box guitars interesting! I currently perform with two HamBone CBG's. The tone and the mojo of these instruments opened up a whole new world with regard to sound, performance and songwriting. I've fallen in love with performing all over again. I plan on recording new material playing these guitar and, when the pandemic passes, I intend to tour using only my cigar box guitars. The Martin, the telecaster and stratocaster will be getting a well-deserved rest. There is a freedom to these instruments. I'm originally from eastern Kentucky and with the CBG's you can blues-rock or slow down with an earthy, haunting melody. I love them!
