anywho. glad you're onboard with CBG. I made my first CBG from an unfinished, super light basswood cheapo 'cigar/jewelry box' from a crafts store, came out way better than expected, but now have been building my own boxes...so not sure if they count as CBGs...i still call them that though.
Digging on your lyre-style build. I've been planning a harp type thing, but thought I'd build the whole harp neck as a soundboard (or with chambers, etc) and have a separate neck for a 2 or 3 string to do 'lead/melody' lines on. I don't know. But seeing yours and other alt folk builds gets me so filled with ideas...bumming I can't just build them for a living (although there's an idea)
