Water on a compression

This neck looks and feels so good. Maple has such tight grain this is probably my wood of choice. I'll use up my remaining quartersawn oak, but maple is so pretty at this stage. I love this neck!

It`s already planned down, exactly 1 1/2" wide.

My favorite is Tiger or Curly Maple, picked up this 8/4 plank for future necks
