Hey Dano, thanks. I would go with the casting resin, I doubt the ones I covered with tape will hold up to well. I put it in a fishing weight container that was just the right size, and stuck it to a cookie sheet so that the magnets would be close to the surface and not float.
Hi Rick, very nice work! Thanks for the video, too! After the pups I made and coated in polyurethane, didn't work out, I decided I'd try casting resin next. Not gotten around to it yet, but glad your pup broke trail for us...
