Been waiting for this, Rick... Very nice job. Your pickup looks just right, and the only hum is from the birds. We need a sound sample.
Thanks Jerry. I draw the soundholes on the box, then drill tiny holes with a dremel. I use a coping saw blade and exacto knife to cut between the holes, and finish with small files and sandpaper.
