Thanks Scott, I found a wiring diagram which looked easy so I got some of the 2sh27L tubes (they are really cheap) and put it all together inside a cheap chinese traveller guitar. The Sound is good when the headphones are plugged directly into the Jack. Maybe I have to install additional Potis to lower the Output. Here is the Link: Wiring. Just removed one of the piezos and soldered the wires on a Jack.
This is probably the most interesting build I have seen in a long time. It would be nice to see a description, especially about the vacuum tube & batteries...the function, etc.
