30" Short-Scale Bass with LaCuesta "Ambassador" display case for body, 1960's Vox-style neck and cello-inspired headstock. I'll be making my own "doodle bass" strings with grommet ball-ends. Fishman MKAB bass piezo and preamp will be fitted.Easier than routing, the glued-up neck will be stronger than a single piece. My slot is 1/2" for a 3/8" stainless rod. Should prevent bowing - if not twist. The width at zero-fret will be 1-3/8" (35mm). Very small, this i sthe same as the EKO made, vintage 1960's Vox basses.
