no 2 has metal corners now--no 3 is still in progress will add at least one more pic of no 3 after its strung up and playing.

    These are sweet!  The lids look thicker than I would expect (in my limited knowledge).  Approx how thick are they?

    I really, really like the contrast of the top one and the partial fretting of the lower.
