I've had this idea for a while to build an amp, set it on it's back w/speaker facing up. Put strings going across directly above the speaker (tuned to some open tuning). Put a transducer on there somewhere so that there is a constant feedback loop. then take piano keys with the dampening felt on the strings so that when you push a key it allows the string to feedback, thusly controlling the pitch of the feedback. Hopefully coming soon.
