Hey Phillip, not the most practical instrument, although a bit different. I tuned the blades by tigtening the support up enough to leave a little bit of play and wiggling them in or out to get them tuned.
I had to leave them just lower than the required note so when I tightened the support tighter it would hold them in place and brang the notes up slightly higher. The strings are tuned DAD, the blades are dad and something else I forgot...

very interesting and strange instrument... maybe not easy to play... how do you tune it... i mean for the 4 blades...
