It took me about 40 total work hours to make this. I spent a few hours a day.The box is obvious, the neck is poplar, the frett board is maple, I custom made the bridge from maple, the fretts are made from wire hangers.

It is inside. Its a small piezo, 3/4 inch diameter. I drilled a flat bottom hole under the bridge and glue the piezo in then glued another piece of maple over it and sanded, stained etc. Of course I drill a small hole for the wires then drilled another hole in the body to feed the wires inside.
