The guy I built this for and I came up with a fairly unorthodox inlay pattern on the front. The birch dots help give it an organic look, but instead of your traditional one inlay on certain frets, we put a double dot on the 5th, 12th, and 17th frets, with a single dot on the 11th and 13th. Very different looking, and very cool.
