The left side is 4 ins to one out, all can be switched active/inactive. The right side is one more (switched) in, plus the guts from telephone microphone that are hooked up to a momentary switch - good for soundchecks when vocal mics aren't hot yet. The middle right (with the arrows) are the corresponding out jacks.
