That’s high praise Kale; I appreciate it. I’m always inspired by other builders here at CBN and the CBG builders in Sacramento have really influenced the features you see here.

Thanks Ambrose! It’s a righty, I gifted it to a friend, so he will do the surfing.

This is seriously one of the most clever builds I've seen on CBN.

You've built and landed yourself a fine looking chugger... surf's up!

No problem Glenn! I try not to let autocorrect beat me, but it happens more than I want to admit. Thanks for the input on the sound hole; it does seem to work well. This is the loudest unplugged one I have built. Fishing line strings are cool and easy on the hands. I have procured a substantial portion of KastKing and Catch All’s product line for experimenting! A lifetime supply actually.

I appreciate the feedback AGP! I really enjoy designing parts to print on my 3D printer. I have had mine for 6 years now. It’s a different way to be creative. The tuners work well with fishing line strings which have lower tension than steel strings. To make this kind of design work with steel strings you have to incorporate a metal nut. 3D printed bridges make it easy to get the height you want, just tweak the dimensions and print another one. No rules!

Thanks for the kind words Uncle John! It was time to try out some new ideas that I have been thinking about for awhile now.

I noticed a few builders using 3D printers lately, something I haven't yet looked into, the Tuners look interesting, and along with the Bridge, highlight a nice clean looking build. :-)
