  • Very glad you're pleased my friend.  I would be glad to work with you on another project.

  • Wayne Got the CBG..Looks better in person than the pics...Plays great!...Alot of attention to detail...I'll have another project down the road for you...I'm collecting vintage parts now...Happy holidays!!!!!
  • Many thanks Steven for the kind words.  Your guitar was fun to build.

  • What I like most is that Wayne goes through great lengths to make sure the buyer gets what he wants..Quality stuff...Awesome!!!

  • Thanks Hermit.  Yeah, looks kinda "Hollywood" with all that glitter.  Guess my guitars appeal to the high gloss and chrome folks.

  • Very nice guit. love the clean look of all that chrome.

  • Thanks for the comment Bluesheart.  I've seen some pretty nice stuff that you're building on your page as well.

  • Yes.  I always set the neck at 4/32 above the box top.  I also recess my bridge plate.  Because of the setup I use on most of my builds, this gives me the opportunity to set the string height the same as a conventional guitar, if that's what someone wanted.  Generally though I set the height at 8/64th at the 17th (4/64 at the 1st fret).  I think that's a good height for both fingering and slide.

  • Beautiful guitar, great shot too!
