  • Thank you for the compliments, Jeremiah! Yes, the finish is burned in. I used a small propane torch over an orange shellac finish, then used steel wool to blend the burn into the wood grain, then another coating of orange shellac.
  • Detail? You certainly have an eye for that. The fret markers, to the tail-piece medallion... The burst finish.
