  • Sounds like him and his laser should get a room!   Nice adaptation....good eye too!  Isn't it amazing how widely varied the places are where we can find our ideas and inspiration?!  Nice work my friend.
  • 305740617?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024This is where I got my artwork idea, it's a one hundred year history book of the United States. On a future build I want to put this in its entirety with a logo in the center of it, i think it'll be pretty sweet. Got a bid for eching it, with a frickin' laysur, but the dude musta been on crack or something, he wanted like four hundred bucks to do four gitboxes! LOL
  • No shit!  a battery powered $8 pen (and a pattern I suspect!)

Great idea on using just part of the table doily ting....  gotta keep the old peepers peeled for more useful thrift store crap!!!!

  • sweet . ;-)   i likey .
  • The etching I did with a Harbor Freight etching pen, $8.00 and powered by two AAA batteries. Harbor Freight is good for somethin', went to get another couple of them, but they were out. The tail piece is cut out of a silver plated table doily thingy, and the binding, you just gotta have the right tools that's all.
  • MANNNN!  How the hell do you do that etching?!!  That, the binding and the tailpiece.............. looks just tits, man, tits!
  • they play as great as they look-yes-that great!
  • Thanks Dan, got a lot of work done on it yesterday. Should be finished soon.
