RTL Superman tinbox -inside view

Will there be any long term side effects from this PIEZO configuration? It obviously overlaps itself.
I am not very experienced with this type of Rod piezo. I debated with myself whether to run it length-wise on the neck through... the result is not very loud, but neither was the one I did my more traditional way. These piezos really need a pre-amp.
The tape will not hold long term, I know. It just had to hold in place until I screwed the top on.
The posts are hot glued into the corners.
