    Yes, Billy, that is what I use.  Your uke looks so good, looks like a factory made guitar.  Great work!

    I'm using the 4 bottom strings in a standard pack of electric guitar strings

    I built a steel string uke years ago and am still having trouble getting the right strings for the 17 inch scale length for the gcea tuning.  What string are you using?
