@ FerneL: I thought about getting the 4-pole pup, but I'm not very confident about my soldering ability, so pre-wired was the way to go.

@ Bluesheart: Yep, I know. I cheated. What you can't see in this picture (but will be among the better pics tomorrow) are the small springs that I slid onto the strings, and positioned above the pole pieces.

yes, and CB gitty have verry cheap 4 pôle "precision bass" kind of coil, 4.99 i think, but the pots system,is not done, you have to do it yourself!! And at first i thought it was the "DR fluo coated" strings!

Looks good despite the camera. You know magnetic pickups aren't supposed to work with nylon strings right?

I am getting less and less satisfied with the pictures my phone takes. I'll post better ones tomorrow, after I use my camera.
