3/8" lauan plywood for the top, sides and bottom. The bottom is glued and Torx screwed into 1/2" pine support timbers. Here you can see the chipping from lack of support when I hacksawed the plywood, and the glue overruns which I used to attempt to backfill the chips. I like it; I think it looks rustic.
