Tuners installed, rough work done on heel. I'm utilizing these old Kapok tuners- had to bend one back in shape to get it working properly

    Thanks, Bruce. I'm going to make staple frets with broom wire. I marked off where the frets go on the fretboard before I glued it to the neck, and drilled holes through it with a finishing nail

    Nice neck. I like the headstock. Is this going to be fretless?
