I have sent the corners of to be nickel plated and the wires inside the box are rattling when played. Surprising acoustic volume.

  • Very sweet, Charlotte!  And I so agree with you regarding maple for the necks.  That's why I was so upset when my supply dried up, but I may have found a new local source.

  • Uncle John is right about the atruro boxes, I grab every one i can find, and the hot glue is the easiest way I have found to control rattling wires,

  • Looks wonderful.  Arturos tend to sound good.  I try to hot glue loose wires down...   Actually, put a hot glue gun in my hand and nothing is safe. 

  • No instructions for the bridge. Just 4 screws to mount it and an allen wrench comes with it for adjusting the saddle height and you will need to use a phillips screwdriver to adjust for intonation.  

    I put a 16 inch radius on the fretboard.
