  From a sheet of galvanized steel from Lowe's and the cover is from the cutout bottom of a deep fryer basket and the sound hole cover is the center of the basket... I've since added a humbucker right behind the neck... I'll take a pic and add it soon...It sounds so freakin awesome...

  Lol nice. Is it aluminum or galvanized flashing? AlsO good job on the cover plate, what did you use for it?

  the reso is nice but that pickguard is just stinkin awesome! what did you use for the swirly scratchy finish?
