  • Thanks for your comments.   These were an inspiration that I got from acquiring a MIK Epiphone LP.

After playing it and feeling the weight of it (10lbs), I thought to myself..I can probably improve

on the weight. Never having built a guitar before, I took on the challenge by ordering a 59 LP

drawing from Stew-Mac and developing my own templates and curved jigs to allow clamping the

wings to the neck through design.   It was a lot of work on the first one (the Legacy) but I also

learned a lot from doing it myself.  With a LP case, it cost a lot more than buying a ready made

LP, but it weighed only 8lbs and sounded good..so I decided to try a thicker semi acoustic

(the Tribute) afterwards. The is no commercial equivalent of this one and the same with the

25.5 Scale Double cut Bluesmaster.  This one has a Clapton style mid range boost preamp (9V)

and has a unique tone.   I also like my first CBG and now processing the wood for my next

effort which will be a custom acoustic body in a unique shape.

  • The outside is quite pretty as well..:)
  • Gorgeous work.  You have inspired me to step up my work on the internal pieces of my guitars.  Your insides look so damned pretty.
  • Beautiful!! There's nothing like building one-off guitars. Keep up the great work.
